Wear Red on Fridays

I was watching Valley Life t.v. the other day and there were 2 veterans on sharing an awesome concept that they came up with. Every Friday they have the town of Reedley wearing red shirts to show support for our troops. Their mayor even proclaimed every Friday Red Shirt Day. The money that they make from the shirts go towards scholarships in the Reedley area. They also raised over $2000 and sent it to some soldiers in Iraq for some communications equipment so that troops can call home to their families.
